With a combined 25 years of coaching experience, Ryan and Ed bring a wealth of knowledge, passion, and dedication to the development of young footballers. Ryan’s journey includes 22 years as a player, featuring for Barnet Youth, winning County Cup Championships, and representing the British Army with distinction. Ed adds 15 years of playing experience and has spent the past decade coaching and scouting at Premier League and Championship level. Alongside football, Ed has also led initiatives that shape the future of children’s education through his own ventures. Together, they offer a powerful blend of on-the-pitch experience and off-the-pitch vision.
